Penguin drank some Ninja juice

So I think Penguin has decided to show up behind copy machines and such...scaring the crap outta me.
Just out of nowhere ....like he's taking Ninja lessons.
And now I'm on super alert mode again.
I'm just trying to imagine how this has happened.
How does one make a penguin super stealthy???????
